3 x 3 Corner protectors

2.5 x 2.5. Corner protectors
Standard corner protectors consisting of a 2.5” x 2.5” leg size.

Econo-board
Standard 2 x 2 strong back of various calipers and lengths with a single 3 x 3 sheet laminated on top of the 2 x 2. The advantages of this product are the price of a 2 x 2 corner protector with the cove rage of a 3 x 3 corner protector. Available from 2”-240” in length and caliper ranging from .150-.300 thousandths of an inch. Also available in 2 ½ x 2 ½ strong back and 3 x 3 sheet.

Econo-box
This product is very similar to the Econo-board involving the 2 x 2 strong back and the 3 x 3 top sheet. Two of the boards can be seated inside each other to produce one side of a box or a u-shape. When four total pieces are assembled, a complete box is the outcome. This product is commonly used by the steel industry, rod industry, and window blind industry. Available from 2” – 240” in length and caliper ranging from .150-.300 thousands of an inch.

Tear Strip
Tear strip can be incorporated into any variety of the standard corner protectors. This product incorporates the top sheet of any corner protector with the ability to be torn leaving an “ear flap”. This product is commonly used to keep corner protectors from falling off pallets by inserting the “ear flap” under one of the products on the pallet. Available from 2”-240” in length and caliper ranging from .150-.300 thousandths of an inch.
